Patients are allotted with a MAXIMUM of 2 hours (for full sessions). Time varies for each case (for consultation only, physical therapy only and chiropractic adjustment only).

For Physical Therapy – To maximize the allotted treatment time, our therapist will concentrate on 2 MAIN AREAS to be treated first using dry needling therapy/manual release to make sure that the main problem is addressed properly. Secondary complaints will be addressed after (if there is still time left) and on the next follow-up.

For Chiropractic Adjustment – our Chiropractor will assess from your neck to lower back and will adjust everything that needs to be “adjusted” to relieve the joint irritation.

We ALWAYS recommend patients to follow up after 1-2 weeks after the initial session. Results vary for each patient and some cases require longer treatment time than others due to severity. Others have a longer healing period as well so we recommend observing for changes in symptoms for at least 1-2 week before follow-up.

It is best to bring your previous X-ray / MRI / Lab Test results if you have any so that the doctor can correlate it with his assessment. However, if you don’t have any, you cans still opt for consultation and treatment first. If the doctor requires certain imaging procedures to be done needed for your case, he will give you a requisition and you can take it to any convenient lab near you.

For everyone’s safety, we limit the number of people allowed inside the establishment (as per IATF guidelines on social distancing). Therefore, only patients with appointment are allowed to go in – except patients who require assistance from their caregivers and cannot move or walk independently.

In order to proceed with your treatment, we require a diagnosis or referral from an orthopedic or rehabilitation doctor who is approved by your HMO. Please note that we do not currently have an in-house rehabilitation doctor for consultation. We are currently in the process of obtaining accreditation from other HMOs and will notify you once we are authorized to work with them. Thank you for your understanding.

For your visit, arrive a few minutes early to complete any forms and settle in before your appointment. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily during your chiropractic or physical therapy session. 

Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Bring a valid ID and HMO card (if applicable) for registration and insurance processing. 

If you have any previous medical records, such as laboratory results, X-rays, MRI reports, or prior diagnoses, please bring them with you. These documents will help our doctors and therapists better assess your condition and create a treatment plan tailored to your needs.
